Our board game catalog service is provided free of charge. Since there is no payment required to access our catalog, refunds do not apply to this service.
If you purchase premium services or board games through GameNight Hub in France, the following refund policy applies:
For digital game content or premium catalog services:
• 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
• Refunds available if content was not accessed or downloaded
• Technical issues preventing access will receive full refund
For board games purchased through our service in France:
• 30-day return policy for unopened games in original packaging
• Items must be in new, sellable condition
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective
• Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving returned item
If you receive a defective board game:
• Report issue within 7 days of receipt
• We will provide prepaid return label
• Choose between replacement or full refund
• Shipping costs covered by GameNight Hub
The following items cannot be refunded:
• Opened or used board games (unless defective)
• Custom or personalized game recommendations
• Services already fully delivered

• Provide reason for refund request
• Follow return instructions if applicable
• Refunds processed to original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within:
• Digital products: 1-2 business days
• Physical products: 5-7 business days after we receive the return
• Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
